If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should your preferred line be unavailable unless you specifically request us not to do so.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your passwords or accounts.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can pay by Debit and Credit Cards. We use Paypal and do not keep your card details to minimise and eliminate the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will only be charged when your order is prepared and ready for dispatch.

On the occasion where an item is not available, if payment was paid using Paypal, you will not be charged for the unavailable items. You are only liable for the price of the goods correctly delivered plus the cost of delivery.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Delivery & Shipping Terms

This policy applies to everything you buy from Jafro Foods Ltd online.

  • Estimated delivery is 1 – 2 working days
  • Estimated dispatch 1 – 2 working days
  • Multiple Parcels may be sent & delivered SEPARATELY
  •  We deliver to UK Mainland based on weight
  • Orders are sent within 1 – 3 working days (estimated) after fully paid & no holiday deliveries (delays will be notified).
  • UK mainland courier orders are delivered within 1 – 2 working days (estimated; next day after dispatch)
  • UK courier orders are delivered between 7.00am – 6.00pm; (Monday – Friday only) (sorry, no specific time)
  • Courier will leave contact card if delivery fails (please follow the instruction)
  • Courier orders may be redelivered or you may collect at the depot at no extra charge
  • Multiple parcels may be shipped by us and/or delivered by the couriers on different days
  • Return of goods: please contact us and see our return policy
  • |Dispatch & delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, 3rd party, act of god and other influences beyond our control. don’t sue us, thanks

Our obligation is to deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request and our driver’s discretion, the driver may carry your order into the delivery address. 

For example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your address only if:

The driver has your permission.

Our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you requested.

That you accept that we shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever within your premises.

That we always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.

If there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service.

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may apply.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.


We will however notify you when your order has been dispatched and/or provide you with a reference to track your order.

Returns Policy

This policy applies to everything you buy from Jafro Foods Ltd online.

We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty

If the quality of your goods is unsatisfactory, you may return the goods to us, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us of any complaint promptly by contacting our customer service.

We are not liable for and will not refund the delivery cost of returning goods to us.

In any event, we aim to provide you with an excellent & satisfactory service. We implore you to contact our Customer Service if you have any complaints. Your statutory rights are not affected.


You can cancel or change your order using our website before the goods are processed or shipped (at no charge). If your order has been processed or shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation request, you may return the goods (unopened & in good condition) within 7 days for a refund less restocking charge (contact Customer Service for current value).

We will not be able to refund the shipping and handling cost incurred.
